1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (if applicable)

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Important:
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Always contact us before returning any items.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your items upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for a resolution. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

We do not accept returns on:

5. Exchanges

For quicker replacements, follow this process:

  • Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item

6. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Conditions for returns:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

This right overrides the standard 30-day return policy.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed

  • Note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at service@hekivele.com.

8. Return Address

A return shipping label from Ucb Logistics is required before sending any items back.
