1. Order Processing & Shipping Charges

Every order placed with Ucb Logistics is treated with care and precision.

Order Processing Time:
Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.

During Peak Seasons (Holidays/New Year):
Processing times may be extended to 5 business days during periods of higher demand.

Shipping Charges:
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 for all domestic and international orders.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Since we ship directly from global fulfillment hubs, delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.

Note: These delivery times are estimates and may fluctuate based on your location and the delivery carrier.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your shipment.

Please be aware that:

  • Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after the shipping label is created.

  • If your tracking information doesn’t update right away, your package is still in transit.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, shipments are sent as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

This means:

  • Any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Ucb Logistics is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.

  • Customs fees are rare for smaller household items, but regulations may vary by country.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders promptly to ensure fast delivery.

If you need to modify your shipping address or cancel your order, please email us at service@hekivele.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • After the order has entered processing, cancellations or changes can no longer be made.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us.

Damaged Items:

  • If your package is damaged upon arrival, please send us a photo within 72 hours, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.

Lost Packages:

  • If the shipping carrier confirms your package is lost, we will send a replacement at no extra charge.
